1. Introduction
These Terms of Purchase apply to orders placed through meroviqo.com and to products sold by Meroviqo.
Meroviqo is operated by Lynkwood International Limited, the entity acting as the legal seller and contracting party for purchases made through the site.
By placing an order, you accept these Terms of Purchase, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, Terms of Use, and the other policies indicated on the site.
2. Purchase Requirements and Customer Responsibilities
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or the legal age required to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
- The information you provide at checkout is correct, complete, and up to date.
- The purchase and the intended use of the product are lawful.
- You have reviewed the relevant product information before placing the order.
You are responsible for determining whether the product can be legally imported, received, possessed, and used at the destination.
3. Placing and Accepting Orders
By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase the selected products. The automatic order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order, but does not guarantee its final acceptance or its preparation and shipment.
Meroviqo may refuse, limit, suspend, or cancel an order for justified reasons, when:
- The product is unavailable or out of stock.
- There is an error in pricing, promotion, product, or availability information.
- Payment cannot be authorized.
- Billing, shipping, identity, or order details cannot be verified.
- Fraud or suspicious, unauthorized, or abusive activity is suspected.
- Legal or shipping restrictions prevent the order from being completed.
- The order appears to be intended for unauthorized resale.
- Technical, operational, or other circumstances prevent the order from being completed.
If Meroviqo cancels an order after payment has been collected, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
4. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, dimensions, materials, specifications, compatibility information, variants, prices, and availability clearly and accurately.
However, site information may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or outdated data. Product colors and appearance may vary due to lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing variations, and other factors.
Before purchasing, customers should review the full product page. If the product received differs materially from the corresponding description, any available remedy will be evaluated in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable consumer protection law.
5. Selection and Use of Pet Products
Pet owners are responsible for selecting products suitable for their pet's size, age, breed, behavior, health condition, and individual needs.
Customers should:
- Review all dimensions, materials, warnings, and usage instructions.
- Use products only in accordance with the instructions.
- Supervise their use when advisable.
- Regularly check products for wear or damage.
- Stop using them if they become damaged or cause discomfort.
- Consult a veterinarian when professional guidance is advisable.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Meroviqo products are ordinary consumer products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
6. Prices and Promotions
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the site and may change without prior notice. As a general rule, the price applicable to an accepted order is the price shown at checkout and stated in the order confirmation.
Promotions may be subject to specific conditions, eligibility requirements, product exclusions, quantity limits, and expiration dates. Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.
If there is a material error in a price or promotion, Meroviqo may correct the information and refuse or cancel the affected order, where permitted by law. If payment for a canceled order has already been collected, the corresponding amount will be refunded.
7. Shipping Fees
Standard shipping fees are as follows:
- Free standard shipping when the product subtotal after discounts is at least $39.99 USD.
- $5.99 USD standard shipping when the product subtotal after discounts is less than $39.99 USD.
The applicable charge will be shown at checkout. Taxes, duties, customs charges, VAT, handling fees, and similar costs are not included unless expressly stated otherwise.
8. Payments
Customers must provide valid payment details and be authorized to use them.
By placing an order, you authorize Meroviqo and its authorized payment service providers to charge the selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including product prices, shipping fees, taxes, duties, or other disclosed charges, where applicable.
Orders may be delayed, refused, or canceled if payment cannot be authorized or verified. Payment service providers may apply their own terms and security procedures.
9. Product Availability and Quantity Limits
Availability shown on the site is an estimate and does not guarantee immediate order fulfillment. Stock may change between the time the order is placed and its preparation.
Meroviqo may limit or cancel purchases of certain product quantities per customer, household, account, payment method, or address when reasonable to prevent fraud, unauthorized resale, promotion abuse, or stock shortages.
If a product becomes unavailable after payment, we may cancel that item or the affected order and issue the corresponding refund.
10. Order Details, Changes, and Cancellations
Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected products, quantities, contact details, and shipping details before placing the order.
Change or cancellation requests should be sent to service@meroviqo.com as soon as possible, preferably within the first 12 hours after placing the order. Include the order number, the email address used at purchase, and an exact description of your request.
We will make reasonable efforts to help you, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once processing, preparation, or shipment of the order has begun.
11. Processing, Shipping, and Delivery
Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Orders may be shipped from different fulfillment centers and arrive in separate packages. Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details and for paying any import duties or charges not expressly included at checkout.

12. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Unless applicable law provides otherwise, regular purchases are, as a general rule, considered final and non-returnable. Claims for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products must be submitted in accordance with the requirements and deadlines of our Returns and Refunds Policy.
No product should be returned without written authorization and return instructions from Meroviqo Customer Service.
13. Fraud Prevention and Verification
We may take reasonable steps to verify identity, payment, billing details, shipping details, or order information. An order may be delayed, suspended, limited, or canceled if verification cannot be completed or potentially fraudulent activity is detected.
14. Personal and Lawful Use
Products are sold for lawful personal or household use, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Customers may not use our products, services, promotions, or site to commit fraud, engage in illegal activities, resell without authorization, or infringe third-party rights.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meroviqo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of a product where such losses were not reasonably foreseeable.
Nothing in these Terms of Purchase excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including non-waivable consumer rights.
16. Changes to These Terms of Purchase
We may update these Terms of Purchase to reflect changes in our products, services, site, business practices, or legal obligations. Modified terms will be posted with a revised βLast updatedβ date.
As a general rule, each order will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of its acceptance, unless the law requires a change.
